  1. In the U. S. we have a ship of good hope that travels to all kinds of countries in need of medical attention. Also Red Cross has been know to do the same. Sadly, the African Government is not known for helping their own people in need. We see on TV almost every day. I know they are only showing the worst part of it so ppl will donate, but still, you have a computer so look it up about the Red Cross and organizations that do just this. In the mean time, I will also see if I can find a site for you so you can contact them. Good luck. How I pray things get better there and everywhere. Even in our country, which is considered the richest country in the world, is not doing so well in feeding their own hungry and providing needed medical care. But there is help out there and I hope you find it. God bless
