When I walk my dog, she scampers and whines looking for other dogs, but then when she sees other dogs, she barks constantly with snarls sometimes.

Dog is clean, and smells good. He’s taken outside for 10 minutes, and returns indoors, smelling like a stinky outside dog. The odor only lasts 10-15 minutes or until the dog cools down, then the normal clean smell is back. Anyone know why they smell bad for the short period of time?
